A tiny kitchen in this mid-century ranch house, with a door to the hallway, basement stairs, dining room and outside provided plenty of challenges and opportunities. We built a light-filled addition on the rear, opening up the dining room to the new kitchen space.

Both full bathrooms in this Museum District home needed updating, so we worked with the client to create a timeline that staggered the work so they always had a functional bathroom.

The main and front porch roof were replaced, with the original soffit gutter system repaired with original parts. Missing porch column capitals were re-cast locally and replaced.
